To request a reservation for a hunt please follow these three simple steps.
Read and understand the booking terms.
Review hunt packages and hunt prices.
Fill out a hunt reservation form and click the submit button.
Once we receive and review your request we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Booking Terms:
All reservations are subject to approval before they are officially booked. Your hunt is considered booked once we receive a completed hunt reservation form and payment. We require payment in full at the time of your trip booking, if we do not receive payment within 72 hours of your trip booking we reserve to right to rebook your hunt. Cancellations must be made 60 days in advance for a partial refund.
We accept both personal and cashiers checks made payable to Montana Upland Outfitters. We also accept debit and credit cards but we have to add 3% to your balance to cover the processing fees.
*No rate reduction or discount will be given for not showing up to the hunt on time, or leaving early.
Refund / Cancellation Policy:
Due to the nature of our business all cancellations made inside 60 days of the start of your trip are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to your hunt will be issued a 50% refund. *If we are able to rebook your hunt dates with another group we will happily refund your trip in full.
Because life is unpredictable we highly encourage our clients get trip insurance, we suggest Travel Guard by AIG. They are competitively priced and provide excellent customer service and coverage. This is simply to help you cover your investment if the unforeseeable happens.
