Simple, yet refined.

We started this operation with a specific goal in mind, provide our guests with a truly western hunting experience.

It’s hard to disconnect from the “real world” when you are staying in a hotel and eating out at a restaurant every night.

We go the extra mile to make our guest tents as comfortable as possible. Each tent comes furnished with carpeted floors, clean comfortable beds fitted with sheets, pillows and a large fleece lined sleeping bags. The tents are equipped with wood stoves and propane heat so that you never have to wake up to a cold tent. We provide a wash basin, table and chairs so that you can freshen up at the end of the day before dinner.

Our outhouse is very nice, vented in the early season and heated in the cooler months. We also provide a shower house that comes with all the essentials, towels, shampoo etc.

The best way to explain it is that we have taken every step possible to make your stay as comfortable as we can but you are still camping off the grid in a wall tent. Pack as if you were going to stay in a hotel. You may want to bring a headlamp for getting around camp after dark.

Most of our guests tell us that the tents are way nicer than they were anticipating and that they love the experience and would never want to go back to a hotel. However camping isn’t for everyone. If you enjoy staying at a large lodge, watching tv, and taking two showers a day we may not be the best option for you.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Where is your camp located?

A: We get asked this question all the time. We do not disclose the exact location of our camp or where we hunt because exclusivity is the number one factor in the experience that we provide. We can tell you that we are located in Eastern Montana and that if you are flying you will be coming in and out of Billings Montana.

Q: Will I be sharing a tent with someone I don’t know?

A: No, we don’t mix parties for any reason. Depending on your group you may be sharing a tent with someone in your party.

Q: Do I need to bring my own sleeping bag or pillow?

A: No, we provide all of the bedding. You are welocome to bring your own if you wish.

Q: Do the tents have electricity or running water?

A: No, but we have access to power for charging your phone and doge collars etc.

Q: Can I take a hot shower?

A: Yes, we will have a fully operational shower house in 2020. We will provide fresh towels, etc.

Q: Is it okay to bring alcohol to your camp?

A: Yes, feel free to bring along your favorite Burbon or Wine. As always please drink in moderation.

Q: Can my dog(s) sleep in the tent with me.

A: Due to issues in the past we prefer that all dogs be kenneled in their owners vehicles at night. If it is absolutely necessary that your dogs sleep in the tent with you at night we require a $300 non-refundable pet deposit and we ask that you bring your own sleeping bag.

Q: Do you have rattlesnakes?

A: Relative to many of the other places I have hunted in Montana I would say that we have a very low number of snakes. With that said the answer is YES we have rattlesnakes. Please keep this in mind if you are bringing your own dog along on this hunt. The later in the season you come the less likely you are to encounter snakes. By October most of the snakes are in their dens or close to denning up for the winter.

Q: Do you have a packing list?

A: Yes we do! Click to link below to see our packing list.
